Session bookings require a non-refundable deposit as outlined in the project agreement. Cancellation terms, rescheduling policies, and refund eligibility are set out per engagement. We reserve the right to cancel a session and provide a full refund in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vertex Creative Studios Ltd's liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
